Position Description:
We seek a top notch CMO to drive our marketing and monetization strategy that enables us to quickly scale the business and acquire new customers and retain our customer base. Monetization of leads is a key goal and preference will be given to those individuals who have shown a history of building sustainable revenue streams particularly in fintech and/or in other service businesses.
Specific Responsibilities:

Position Description:
We seek a highly motivated manager of sales and business development with a proven track record in selling in a SAAS model, preferably in financial services or other service industries. We are developing relationships with broker/dealers, banks, wirehouses, and independent financial advisory firms. You will be responsible for building and nurturing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for forging strategic distribution partnerships with complementary service providers to drive the revenue growth.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy to convert prospects into clients.
- Develop partnerships with complementary service providers.
- Leverage relationships with financial advisors in the field to establish enterprise level relationships.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to financial institutions and use innovative strategies to close sales.
- Use reference selling to leverage past sales with future clients.

Experience:
- Software sales experience required.
- Experience in working at a technology startup is required. A significant amount of personal selling will be initially required.
- Experience building a multi-channel sales program.
- Candidates with sales experience in financial services will be preferred.
- Experience with SaaS applications for financial services is a significant plus.

Position Description:
As we scale our business, we're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about making a real and lasting difference in the lives of a large number of people. This position is for an experienced product manager with expertise in personal financial planning and investment management who has successfully built technology products with lasting user experiences. This person will drive product strategy; create, manage and implement the product roadmap; define product requirements; deliver the product to market ensuring the product is supported by a sound business model.
Responsibilities:
- Our goal is to consistently delight users with products that allow them to clearly understand their current financial situation, where they need to be, and a simple path to get there. The product manager will be responsible for both web and downloadable apps on all mobile platforms. Specifically this position requires working with the CMO and Founder/CEO in creating a more robust product roadmap and executing that plan. This will entail creating new products, enhancing existing products, developing interfaces and APIs with other applications, developing and commercializing a new retirement turnkey solution, and building a support infrastructure for the business. As a company that values sound financial decisions, we expect no less from you: you will be responsible for ensuring that the business model is viable and sustainable, and for managing all aspects of a product. Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of the marketplace, consumer trends, and technology.
- Proven experience in successfully building scalable products in financial services space preferably although we will consider others who have a good grasp of building subscription services.
- Significant experience in competitive analysis and differentiated positioning.
- Experience in detailed explanation of the product features to potential customer.
- Experience with web and app based products.
- Experience in successfully driving adoption and ongoing use.
- CFP or CFA certification or experience in financial planning/services.
- "Stage presence" in making presentations to customers, speaking with the press or addressing audiences at conferences and trade shows.
